Returns
- Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including software, consumables, and custom-built computers, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped to you.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Items that are returned not in their original condition, or items that are returned after the 15-day return window, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Exceptions
- Sale Items: Sale items can only be refunded at the sale price.
- Customized Orders: Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
